Max joined Vistria in 2019 as an Associate and re-joined after earning his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2024. Prior to that, Max was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs. Max received a B.A. with honors in Economics from Northwestern University.
